Included: routine website updates, minor design adjustments, standard app help and straightforward fixes.
Quoted separately: full redesigns, new store builds, major new functionality or substantial custom development.
Monthly limit: work is carried out against the support hours included within your chosen plan.
Unused time: monthly support hours reset each billing month and do not roll over.
Extra time: if a request exceeds your included allowance, we'll let you know before carrying out chargeable extra work.
Third-party costs: app subscriptions, themes and external services remain payable separately by the client.
